As we understood that Bali service is more often inconsistent than not, it became frustrating that breakfast takes 1 hour to get ready -- as we observed that there is only 1 person assigned in the kitchen (from prepping food items to cooking them to serving them). Also, as we were ordering the same breakfast items each day (we stayed for 4 days) and had our breakfast the same time, the food and drinks that came were inconsistent -- 6 pieces of sausage (with charge) became 4 and on another day was only 5 with the last one split in the middle to make it look like 6 pieces! Another example is the amount of coffee and juice being served, it being only a single-serve. Extra bed also not comfortable at all. And aircon not functioning fully. Also, they turn off your electricity without proper advise - we went out for dinner and left the airconditioning running (as it doesn't make the room cold at all and it the humidity outside is crazy) only to come back to the room with turned off electricity! They just turned it off, no other items were done in the room - not cleaned, towels not replaced, garbage not taken out - just the electricity/aircon turned off!
