Please be informed that noise is expected due to ongoing construction near our property. Construction is currently happening in almost every parts of Bali due to rapid expansion in the island.

Please note that our villa is surrounded by rice fields, so you might observe some activities from the farmers. As we are in a tropical country amidst the rice fields, bugs and insects are a common sight. While we keep everything clean, avoiding nature's residents during your stay is not entirely possible.

Spa- Bali is known to be one of the cheapest destinations for getting a relaxing massage. But what they forget to add is that it is one of the best destinations for the best massages. Reach out to us to arrange a massage for you in the comfort of the villa. Extra charges apply.

• For any long term reservations >= 10 nights the House keeping policy is different.
• For any reservation >= 2 weeks a 10% refundable security deposit will be kept on or before check in & for reservations >27 days the electricity cost will be additional.
