Fantastic property! The staff was helpful and super friendly. The environment around the property was beautiful, with spectacular views. The rooms were great and cleaned every day. The property has good AC, pool, and a cheap bike rental. There are great breakfast and dining options nearby, too. I'd definitely recommend it for a nice stay in Ubud

The address for this property on Expedia is WRONG. The hotel is actually further away from Ubud City Centre than the address listed has you believe. I was at a different hotel and needed to book a new one as the place I was at was sold out for the following night - so I looked for a place within walking distance of it, and Toya Villa was NOT. This caused me a great deal of inconvenience, and extra money. Other than that, the hotel is brand-new, nice pool, and the room is very spacious. The property as a whole looked a little messy, brooms left everywhere which didn’t give it a nice look. Also, as I was checking out, one of the staff members came up to me saying that I owed them money for breakfast, but that was actually included in the price paid for the room. Lastly and most importantly - it said on Expedia that the hotel had a free airport shuttle, but it is not free. They offered me the ride for IDR 350K. I plan to request a full refund for the night spent there because it was booked based on misleading information.
