"観光で2泊しました。 より駅に近いホテルもありましたが、上田城・商店街・飲み屋街に近い側だったので、不便とは感じませんでした。 設備は年季を感じさせますが、清掃されていました。 一点気になったのは、窓の外からファンの音（室外機？）がし続けた事です。ただ、雨戸を閉めれば気になりませんでした。"

"大浴場が時間制で男女入れ替わりになっていましたが、女性に入れ替わる時、脱衣場のマットの交換をして欲しかった。男性の後なので少しの気遣いがあると嬉しい。"

"Not worth it. Way over priced! We stayed one night. Staff are very nice. But the place is of a by gone era. It’s old but not in a charming way. Showers in the onsen are cold and you have to wait for many minutes in order for hot water to come out. The rooms and elevators are old. the outdoor hotspring is on the top floor with no facilities (you have to go downstairs first and shower) and no real view to speak of. The location is on the main drag which is nice. But it should be 1/2 the...

"Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms. Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this. "

"レストランは研修中？の女性が、動き、声かけ、気付きが抜群に良かった。男性陣がもっと全体に目を向けないと研修中の女性の動きがよいだけに負荷がかかりすぎてると思う。ドリンクオーダーもテーブルにベルもないしわざわざ注文を伝えにレジまで行く有様。 夜のコンサート企画は素晴らしい演奏で聴き応えがありました。"
