"The hotel was fantastic. It was in a great location close to transport and with plenty of dining options nearby. There was a bakery downstairs so that was a perfect destination for breakfast. The rooms were clean and a decent size. We booked 2 rooms and requested that they be next to one another and this was easily accommodated beforehand. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"This is an elegant and refined property with high-end shopping in the lobby and exquisite service. Castle view rooms are magnificent, although the property itself sits against a business park, and you will need to take a convenience subway to get to shopping districts and sites other than Osaka Castle. Note the castle is literally 100 foot walk from the hotel and is not to be missed."
