「The only positive things I can say about this apartment hotel is that it was immaculately clean and rooms were spacious. But overall very disappointed with the hotel and the service. Emailed 2 weeks prior to arrival that we would need late check in, the hotel agreed but when we arrived the host/management seemed very annoyed and was rude. The apartment was nothing like it was listed, there were no kitchenettes in the apartment, not even a kettle or a sink. We were required to use the communal...

「The hotel is not five stars maybe three. It doesn't have a beach like you can see in the pictures. There is no elevator. You have to lift your luggage up the stairs. The room is large and the air conditioner and toilet were not working properly. After ten minutes we left. The price is very expensive and the value is very low. We don't recommend. The hotel owner refused to cancel the charge. Life is beautiful, we moved on. 」

When leaving, they were laughing and not helping at all…… the second guest had health issues devices to be plugged in and cannot stay in the room because the electricity outlets were flickering」
