"The good: close to NDSU campus & both the upper & lower duplex units give you a total of 6 bedrooms. Easy checkin & checkout process.The bad: there is a very strong cleaning/perfume oder in it which made it uncomfortable to spend much time in it. The photos of the listing are enhanced to make the place look much brighter & fresher than it really is. Rusty fixtures in the bathroom & dirty coffee maker. The flooring is creaky & in the downstairs you can hear every step taken upstairs."

"Very clean and comfortable-especially the beds! Had a wonderful experience until Saturday evening when other renters tromped up and down the stairs slamming doors and yelling at each other from around 10:30pm-2:30am. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable."
