예전의 롯데 호텔까지는 아니지만 여전히 관리 상태는 훌륭하다고 생각합니다. 프론트의 대응은 최고였지만, 그 외는 보통이었네요. 심야에 약간의 소음이 들리는 점은 개선사항으로 남겨둘께요.

조용하고, 위치도 편리하고, 모든 직원분들도 친절하셨어요. 다만, 주차가 너무 불편합니다. 호텔과 백화점이 같이 사용하다보니 저녁 시간에 들어갔음에도 호텔 입구쪽 자리는 남아있지 않아서 한참 떨어진 곳에 주차하고 갔어요. 날도 더운데 지하 주차장에서 굉장히 지쳤어요. 다음 날에도 애매한 위치에서 출구 방향 때문에 헤매고요.
