「I had a very pleasant stay at Büyük Hotel in Sivas. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made a great impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept — perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was also convenient for getting around the city. 「Nice Hotel. Room was comfortable. One or two oversights with the cleaning. Someone's old razor in a draw, dust on the room folder and a cigarette burn hole in the duvet cover. The shower door had a big gap and lots of paint was peeling off the ceiling. Only stayed one night so wasn't bothered to mention the flaws. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was otherwise very nice. Wifi was good. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. Very convenient to walk into the town center. No problem...
