On the edge of the lake district, Ulverston is a perfect base for the Cumbrian way, day trips to the steamers on Windermere or walking the Wainwrights. Or stay local and check out the Laurel and Hardy museum, Hoad Monument or the many Independent pubs and cafes. Ulverston also hosts many festivals such as the retro rendezvous, dickensian festival, another fine fest and lantern festival

Great apartment for a base to explore the Lakes! Clean and very well equipped. Check in instructions were clear and great comms from the host throughout the stay. The fact that the parking permit works all the way up to Kendall is a bonus too!
