"Nice quiet property that includes breakfast. Nice registration staff as well. Breakfast was good but by the time we came down around 9:30-10, it was cold. Would be great if they had a bonfire or small bar"

"Overall a great stay, close enough to GCSU for a visit. Just be sure a heads up is given in the listing (unless I missed it) to bring your own showering supplies (soap/shampoo are not provided) and there is no trash service. But, overall a nice and convenient stay to visit our college child. Plenty of space in the house for 5-6 people to sleep if needed. Would book again."

"If you are looking for a great place to stay at Lake Sinclair, or a place near Georgia College when visiting your kids, this is THE place. My daughter will probably make MORE fun of me for gushing about the house AGAIN...I went on and on while we were there...but the hosts deserve it. The dock, the hammock, the fire pit, the porch, the comfortable beds and furnishings...truly perfect. If you find this one, and it's available, you should book it!"

"The property was as lovely in person as it is in the listing! The house has plenty of room to spread out and is as well-supplied as any rental I’ve ever stayed in. The icemaker actually kept up with 4 of us and the tap water was quite drinkable! Our poodle enjoyed the large yard, as well as watching the geese, squirrels and birds. We hope to stay again in the future."
