“The room could have been cleaner. The shower had mold in the caulk. Needs to be updated. Overall this is an average but very outdated hotel that needs updates.”

“Room was expensive considering there was nothing extra special about it. The hot tub was nice. Breakfast was okay, but we have had better at other hotels. Upon arrival, we were told our reservation had been cancelled, even though i had a confirmation number on my Expedia app & 2 weeks prior I spoke to an employee that said he wasnt able to even see reservations that were made on Expedia to confirm/deny/cancel them. “I rented room 306 with a river view. What I got was room 204 with a street view. Since it’s a contactless place there was no one to remedy this in a timely fashion. Also there was an unpleasant odor throughout the building. It was however clean and the bed comfortable. We won’t stay there again.”

Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. ”
