「Front desk is very friendly and helpful.」

「When I travel to Omaha/Council Bluffs in the future, I'll avoid this hotel. The main issue was the beds were on metal panels that sound like you were sleeping on timpani drums. The owners/staff were very friendly but the beds were awful to sleep on. Outdated amenities are fine, and they tried to keep things clean, but I've never seen beds like these in my 60 years.」

「Great place to stay!」

「Everything is good!」

「Staff was super kind and helpful!」

「Clean !」

「great location friendly staff. Very clean . We are will be back」

「Tv Would not pull up」

「The bed was clean and bug free. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the room was disappointing. We got the same room for both stays. The bathroom was dirty with hair on the walls. The flooring was coming apart. It was really humid and muggy in the room. The gap between the bed and the wall was really narrow and hard to walk through to get into bed.」

「Very close to the airport.」

「The clerk who checked us in was very friendly. Evening reception with 2 free drinks? Yes please! The room had a separate living room/sitting area. The room was huge! Breakfast the next morning is the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Embassy Suites has now spoiled me. I will look for them wherever we travel!」

「Sam checked us in and Leeann poured a glass of champagne, very welcome after a long day. The room was well-sized and nicely appointed. Location to the Old Market and downtown is about as good as it gets. We would gladly stay hear again.」
