“Beautiful hotel. Wonderful gym. Helpful and kind staff. Great walkability, great area of DT Denver. Expensive parking was the only minor drawback, but not totally unexpected for downtown area. ”

“What a fantastic stay we had at the Populus. The hotel is modern, vibey and located close to downtown with access to a variety of cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and well aesthetic. Would definitely recommend for a city stay!”

“The staff at the front desk was friendly & helpful. Great location within walking distance to local restaurants & the stadium. The only negative was the pool had way too much chlorine in it, the entire room was unbearable to be in, so we didn't get to use the pool or hot tub.”

“ Check in and a call ahead of time was thorough and clear information. The room was small, but very clean and just what was needed for a short stay. The restrooms and showers were so clean and well maintained. Such a great option to have the coffee shop in the lobby!”

“The staff overall was very unfriendly and not helpful. We stayed 3 nights and our sink was clogged. We asked for service and didn’t receive service until our last day. The toiletries in the room were empty and the bottles were broken. We also received drink tokens however the bar and coffee shop that they could be redeemed in were closed for private events so they could not be redeemed. They also offered a car service for locations around hotel but the car was never available throughout our……
