「Reserved and paid for two rooms for one night through Expedia. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk appeared to have difficulty using a new computer system and encountered problems assigning the rooms. After checkout, the hotel incorrectly charged an additional room to my credit card. When I contacted the hotel, the clerk was unable to determine how to correct the issue. As a result, I was required to dispute the charge with both my bank and Expedia. The matter remains pending resolution.」

「Right next to the bike trail, so everything was within walking distance! There were a lot of breakfast options and the complimentary happy hour drink each night was a huge plus. Very clean and large rooms with microwave, fridge, and hot water kettle. Great spot for my family + dog.」

「Good 」

「Nice heritage building with character, but little to no sound insulation between rooms. Fine if you’re a good sleeper, not so much if you’re not.」

「Staff were so kind and accommodating. Bed was comfy and loved the shower. Came for a wedding and the location was great. Breakfast was wonderful! I would definitely recommend staying here.」
