"This is an older hotel like very clean. The breakfast is Continental but pleasant. We were most impressed with staff service. Our sank was not draining and we called at 9:00 in the evening. A repairman came immediately and fixed it. So all was good"

"Probably the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. The property manager thought of everything. We had a 2am arrival and it was a journey to get there. She had fresh fruit, some candies and a bag microwave popcorn ready for us. The house had everything we needed. It was a quiet neighborhood. It was close to the things we needed. Best of all, there wasn’t a huge oat of things to do on check out even though we still cleaned up quite a bit. Icing on the cake was her help with us storing our luggage a couple of days while we traveled to and from Kodiak. Highly recommend this place. "
"Great return to society and comfort after Denali! We used the washer and dryer a lot and both worked well. Same for the fridge and TVs. In our tired state, we missed the bedding for the futon, but talked with the owner and found it.One improvement could be a better blackout curtain for downstairs. Otherwise, no complaints!Note that the washer dryer is upstairs next to the bed in a closet. With the door closed and enjoying the soft bed, ot was no issue for us. A very light sleeper may hear it though. "

"The place was clean, but the building was obviously old and had seen a lot of use over the years. The amenities provided were as advertised and were adequate for my needs. The reason I chose this property was because it was very close to a convention I was attending at the University of Alaska Airline Center, about 5 minutes away. The property is in a residential neighborhood and is reasonably quiet. Shopping for things such as groceries is not much more than 10 minutes away, depending on traffic"
"Our travel through Anchorage was just 12 hours long. The apartment was affordable for us to sleep over night. Carly and Izzy were fantastic in responded to my trip coordination plans. "
