"Clean,warm and comfortable rooms .the whole hotel needs an update."

"Breakfast has a great variety to suit all including healthy options which I usually find difficult, so I was very impressed. The quality of the food is excellent overall and the staff are very helpful. Coupe not fault the service. I did not give 5 stars because I would have dusted the bedroom better myself. Yes I am fussy, so I expect a hotel room to be as clean as my home when I pay for it. "

"Room was modern and clean. Bed was comfy. Hotel is pet friendly. It says the room has a dog bed and dog treats included in the £25 but it didn’t. I would recommend taking your own dog bed. We were a bit disappointed about this. Breakfast was lovely. Had food in the hotel bar - food was fine for a hotel bar. Spa was lovely and relaxing - worth a visit. The overall site is lovely - nice to walk around and visit the bakehouse. Would recommend overall. "

"room was clean but big crack in wall , room was cold after informing them at tea time , but bathroom and hall way was warm , i was in room 4 …and bathroom was mouldy …"

"No staff Andy did not see. Bathroom was a DIY nightmare. Cooker oven broken. Wall paper falling off on stairs. Must have been the smallest room double bed with foot space around edge . Could only open bathroom door half way because of space in room 3 "
