“Brought our grandson to LaCrosse for a short trip.Loved the area along the Mississippi as we could walk to everything.Especially enjoyed sitting pitside under the lit up bridge.Rooms were so clean,breakfast was fresh and tasty,far superior to other hotel breakfast..beds were comfy...especially loved the crisp clean sheets,adequate amounts of pillows and clean blankets.Thanks for a great stay..Will only be using Marriott from now on!”

“It’s like they bought an old Holiday Inn and didn’t update anything since then. It’s giving “ghost of Holiday Inn” vibes, but it was little things that just didn’t feel complete: they closed the pool (understandable) but just whited out over the plastic signs, the two beds in our room had mismatched pedestals and different duvets, the biggest towels were hand towels, doors were painted over either thick gloopy brown paint, the key card didn’t work, the once conference rooms have white paper……

“So so dirty. Seemed like the walls haven’t ever been washed off even once, holes in the door to the bathroom. The bathroom had no fan just a hole in the ceiling where it should be and so much mold.”

“Spoke with management and explained the disgust with the room. It had a broken off bathroom door handle, toilet seat, and shower was black on the inside. Below standard for the amount paid for room”

“Great staff so friendly we came in late so didn't use much more than room & breakfast. But seeing a smiling face when you are road weary.. nothing better than that. All with value too. Ill always rebook.”

“Staff was wonderful, check-in effortless. The room was very clean and seemed like most elements were new. The beds were VERY cozy. It was clean, in a good location. I felt very safe. No notes”

“Could tell that it was recently remodeled. The whole interior seemed fresh and new. Staff was very friendly when checking in. Could use curtains or room darkening shades on the window. Neighboring businesses lights shined in window, so couldn’t make room as dark as I like for sleeping.”

“Very inexpensive! The room smelled like cigarette smoke and there were burn holes in the bedding.”

“Check-in was good. The lady at the desk was very kind and helpful. The property is old but they are in the process of making updates. Our room had new floors and lights but only one light worked. There was food left in the fridge and the microwave was dirty. We had one bath towel and the bathroom floor was dirty. Overall it was okay for one night.”

“Booked 2 days with free cancellation. Tried to cancel 1 of the days during the free period & they would not drop the day without charging me $900 for the first night room. Room literally an empty room with a bed. No closet, no hangers. TV needed some kind of system update. Toilet seat broken, shower handle fell off in my hand & tub clogged so you stood in ankle deep water for your shower. Only ice machine in facility was broken. Their idea of a continental breakfast was a half full gallon jug……
