Gorgeous location
Jenn was on hand to great us personally and to ensure we had a nice and comfortable stay. Our Penthouse apartment had an absolutely breathtaking view - sitting and watching the sunrise with a hot coffee in hand, it was hard to leave - thanks!

Always love staying here. Beautiful quiet spot with the best balcony view of the lake, comfortable bed and always a nice place to be. I just wish I didn't have to leave so early in the morning so I could enjoy it more. I'm always hesitant to give such great reviews because I want to keep this place to myself. But in my opinion, I wouldn't even think to stay anywhere else close to Wawa. I'm hoping to plan a trip where it's not just passing through for work where I can stay for longer and take in more of the wilderness. Maybe even plan an actual fly-in spot.

I've traveled and stayed at many lodges, camps, motels, and hotels all throughout Northern Ontario. This was by far one of the most beautiful and comfortable places I have ever stayed. If you are staying over night anywhere within an hour of Wawa, you are just wasting an opportunity and money if you are booking anywhere else. If you don't mind driving 20min extra, this is the place to stay every time. I know I will be.

Absolutely above expectations, a quiet haven after a long road trip. Pleased the 2 and four legged members of our family, with beautiful views, clean swimible water and safe space to bike and run around in.

I booked my cabin the day of to avoid overnight driving. I called them and explained I'd be in fairly late and they were really accommodating. I was able to find the property easily in the dark and able to navigate to my cabin thanks to their property map! The room was very nice, shower was great, bed was comfy, and the property is beautiful. Checking out was a breeze. I'd definitely love to come back for a vacation stay. Just a note that there is no cell service. Thank you for the hospitality!

Lake front cabin near Wawa, Ontario
Very friendly young lady checked us in & also waited on us when we ate. The property was out away from town & there was a stretch of gravel road to get to it, but such a lovely setting by the lake. Watched a beaver & ducks swimming in the lake & a gorgeous sunset! Room was clean & comfortable with a fully equipped kitchenette we didn't use. Would have loved to stay longer.

Tucked away gem.
Was a bit further out of the way - 30 minutes from Wawa than we wanted. We were very tired travelling all day. But the scenery was beautiful. If planning to make this a stay over - make sure you are aware and have the energy to drive the 30 extra minutes. Otherwise it was a beautiful stay and we wished we could have had more time to enjoy the property as it was gorgeous.

Good experience to disconnect from the grid and enjoy a nice rustic vibe. Recommend for fishing and extended stays, not suitable for business travelers. I had to book as there was nothing else available in Wawa. Reached late(host was really accommodating and prompt with communication), comfortable sleep, left early in morning. The only thing that can be improved is the Wifi, since there’s no cell reception there. And the Lakeview could have been better. I had booked a Lakeview cabin and the one I got wasn’t a proper Lakeview. Overall decent experience for a stop and go !

The cabin was located on a beautiful lake and had everything you would need inside ie kitchen, bath and bedding. When I booked the cabin I was not aware it was a semi-detached cabin as this is not highlighted in ad so when another family rented the other half for one night, it was extremely noisy listening to doors and other banging noises. Definitely something to be aware of!! I would book it again but would make sure family and friends book the other half as it would make an amazing, memorable vacation.

Not the building shown on their advertisement , it is not even on the property. It looked like a nice lodge but they are old individual cabins. A fun stay for a family with kids or someone that enjoys fishing. TV doesn’t work, no outlet in the bathroom, very old twin beds (no queen or king), no locks on the doors or curtains in the bathroom or back room windows.

This was our second visit - on our return journey, as we liked it so much. Our cabin was well equipped, and looked on the lake. We enjoyed every minute of our stay - and hope to visit again. Lovely staff. We recommend!

Gorgeous place. We would spend the day hiking and come back to the hotel in the afternoon, we then would drink a beer and and sit in the deck feeling we were in paradise. Extramely friendly service. We would go back any time.

The view of the lake was so nice, it has a very peaceful atmosphere. You can go canoeing, there is a fire pit and the rooms were very clean.
