I would especially like to recognize the Korean gentleman manager who assists with luggage — he was excellent and very attentive. During my first visit we had a few challenges due to my disability, but on this trip everything went smoothly and we were able to interact very well. "We had a 16 days Minakani Onsen trip, staying in 6 different hotels. We stayed at Hotel Lomosa for 3 nights in total. We had clean, big and two queen size beds room, with buffet breakfast included. Excellent staff provided great service. The buffet was nice and thoughtful. The onsen quality and bathing area are totally acceptable! The owner drove us between hotel and train station was greatly appreciated! We wish Lomosa the best!!!"
