「Clean. Very quiet. Well stocked kitchen and a supermarket a short drive (<1 mile) if you want to cook a meal. Hosts are proactively communicative and even though they live in the attached larger house, we never saw or heard them.」

「This was one of the best experiences with a vacation rental we had in many years. The location is amazing: 5 min from one of the best redwood state parks, and very close from two other parks and the ocean. The surrounding small towns are little gems literally hidden under the canopy of redwoods. The house was very comfortable, had a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and well-designed interior. 「Lovely location near Felton and Ben Lomond. Clean rental and kitchen well stocked with all you need to cook. Market is close by along with restaurants. Neighborhood was pleasant and felt peaceful and loved to hear all the birds in the morning! Nearby river in state park provides river water play for kids. We all loved this rental. We’ll be back! Really appreciated having laundry on site as well. Communication was great with host.」
