"We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that."

"We stayed at this property for Easter vacation. House is brand new, a lot more of space and everything that you need to make your stay great. We used bikes to ride along 30A highway to explore. From the neighborhood where house is located, you go straight to the beach. You need to cross the street, but it is very close. There is a parking next to the beach and restrooms as well. Walking distance you will have good restaurants and Publix is a few minutes away. I highly recommend this rental. I...

"What a wonderful place to stay! The communication with the owners was excellent. The house was absolutely beautiful and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and deck. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and the 4 bikes. The amenities in the community were great! Gigantic pool and a tram that took you to the pool, beach and shops. Property was walking distance to the pool and beach but the tram was a nice option. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to hopefully coming back...

"Enjoyed our long weekend get away with the WHOLE family! The property was exactly as described. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 small children plus the good dog. Could use some updates and there was trash left under the deck but overall had a great time."

"Great location and property! Really enjoyed the stay and close to family who lives on Ashland drive behind the college. Would love to stay there again in the future when visiting family. Only suggestions would be get a new mattress in the smaller guest room as it was a valley bed and too soft. Guests in that room had a hard time sleeping. Also the barn doors made a lot of noise so would suggest traditional doors if possible or some other alternative. Thanks for the great stay!"

"Alot of walking from parking garage then had to go through the crosswalk but at least it was covered then the room we were in was on the 14th floor so it was a lot of walking but overall the ocean and beach view was amazing"
