“The houseboat were a great experience not only for the kid's but the adults also. Seeing the manatees swim around the cove was awesome! It was a great place to meet your neighbors as the porches are very close. The swimming pool is a great addition to the property! If going back to the area, I would definitely go there again! We really enjoyed our visit there!”

“Listing was describe extremely well with a lot of detail. I would suggest a few more amenities for those enjoying beach and outdoors (the cooler is not adequate for a family, it holds four drinks or two sandwiches, Beach towels are small (child size)) just to be mindful when exploring the area and wishing to do some exploring here snacks chairs and towels would be useful. Everything else including location is wonderful and a great launching point to explore the key largo area. We loved……

The apartment is well-equipped with the essentials you’d expect in a home, including a plunger, private laundry room conveniently located next to the unit, a decent-sized refrigerator with a separate mini fridge, long lasting HOT water, and FREEZING cold A/C.The area outside is fairly public, so we tended to keep the shades closed for privacy. “Our stay was great! Great location, close to the pool and still get a view of the ocean. The condo was super clean and so cutely decorated. Above and beyond communication with the management staff even checking to make sure we got in and if we needed anything. Even got cute customized coozies from the owners. My only complaint was I wish we stayed longer! One note, half the parking lot at our building was closed the entire time we were there. There was a note on the door from the property that……
