“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

Personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins et spa Nuxe de grande qualité (piscine, bain à remous, sauna, hammam et tisanerie). Je recommande sans hésiter cet hôtel pour un week-end relaxation.”

“Very authentic. Lots of decor and history. Didn't take the breakfast but the nice lady made me a cup of coffee which I enjoyed while watching the mist on the river with the fish jumping in the early hours of the morning.”

“The family room was perfect for our needs, breakfast was good and of course the view from the breakfast room is hard to beat. Staff were great with the kids. We’ll stay again next time we’re in Dieppe.”
