「This apartment was perfect for our family! Subway station is super close and convenient. Safe, quiet, and nice neighborhood and close to downtown (10-15 min by train). Our family was very comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped, beds were super cozy and washer and dryer. Host was incredibly friendly and communicated from the start all the details. They were so kind to let us drop our luggage a bit early! My family kept saying how a great place it was! Thank you for a lovely stay. 」

「We have traveled the world for almost 50 years and this is THE rudest, most hostile and confrontational property manager we have ever dealt with. We moved from NYC earlier this year but return every couple months to visit family. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday our choices were limited and we went with this listing that had no reviews. Lesson learned.The first issue with the property manager had to do with her accusing us of "disturbing neighbours" as we tried to enter the building. We...
