“I’m sure the property was fine, but I needed to cancel my reservation and didn’t realize that apparently I had made it through Expedia and the facility would not let me cancel. I had difficulty, in fact, I was unable to connect with Expedia to cancel I do hope I will not be charged.”

“The staff was helpful and offered to let me check the room before accepting it. The room and bathroom were very clean. I was there for one night. I didn’t get a chance to use the amenities, but the tennis courts and pool looks nice. There was also several barbecues along the river and a large fire pit. The continental breakfast was fine. There was scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, and fruit. I have no complaints. I would stay again.”

I stayed in the Nancy Cascades room, and the bed was remarkably comfortable—providing the best rest after long days spent out exploring. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious and provided a wonderful start to every morning. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the hospitality: the owners and staff made me feel exceptionally welcome, comfortable, and well cared for throughout my stay.
