"This is not the first time staying at this property and it never disappoints. The staff is friendly from the beginning. Everyone is extremely helpful. The rooms are beautiful nothing is lacking. We enjoy ourselves all the time. The only thing I would change is behind the service desk. There is a moving mural, which makes you nauseous. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"Things we liked-friendly staff who went out of their way to help us find our lost pillow, decent breakfast, good coffee, comfortable beds, convenient location within walking distance of the falls, quiet room, working fitness center. Things they can improve-pool was murky and “sour-tasting,” our bathroom floor was dirty when we arrived, there were chunks of missing caulk around the bathroom shower, the bottom hinge on our bathroom door was broken, and a fire alarm went off at 6:30 A.M. one morning for a solid 2 minutes which was awful (no real fire fortunately-someone must have pulled the alarm)."
