“Clean. Check-in and out was done efficiently, but getting someone to the desk required finding and calling a number. The office does not open until 9:00 AM, so I had to wait, assuming I needed to formally check out at all. I forgot to ask, but I was given credit for a deposit required immediately when I did, so that was good. The location put me 5 minutes from being parked at Greenville Convention Center, which was a wonderful advantage for my 4 day conference. The other direction out of the……

“The property was immaculately clean and very well-maintained. This location was excellent for quick jaunts to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and even into downtown without having to stay downtown. The appliances were all in great condition and worked as expected and the HVAC was more than adequate. The host was communicative but not overly chatty so it didn't feel obtrusive at all. I recommend this property and host and we will definitely stay again. Thank you!”

“Great space for two friends meeting up in Greenville. Plenty of room, very comfortable. Nice for each of us to have our own bathroom. Could accommodate two couples easily. Property manager is good communicator. Be aware that workspace is not separate from the common areas-it’s basically a desk. But there’s a good sized table if you need to get some work done and want to spread out a little more. There’s really nothing in walking distance but it’s a quick drive to downtown, arena, airport.”
