「This should be a marquee hotel with its history and design. But it's a very tired property being sweated by owners for the last bit of value. Hotel's business is mainly coach parties, so the few rack-rate customers like us feel marginalised. Seriously understaffed to serve and clean up after 3 coach parties at breakfast. Cleaning of the public areas is skimpy. Maintenance likewise. Barely adequate overall for £140/night at end of Sept. For the record, I think I should have spent a little...

「The ambiance of the property was fabulous. It is an old building and was charming. The main bed was comfortable BUT the futon's were actually chairs that folded out and they were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. There was no staff available. It was all contactless. The bar was the same no people. If you didn't have cell phone to use the QR code you could not get a drink. The breakfast if you didn't pay for it in advance was not available as expected. I found the place charming but unwelcoming. However...

「My stay at Croft 21 Glamping was brilliant. I had travelled from Glasgow up to Inverness for work over the weekend. I arrived on the Saturday night and checked in smoothly, the pod had pretty much everything you could need. It was extremely clean and modern, everything worked fine I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place. I would definitely come back to this place and bring my girlfriend as she would love it just as much as I did. If I was to think of a way to improve the pod I would...

「The room was phenomenal and they left the sweetest goody bag for my dog in the room. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was huge! The tub was great for a much needed relaxing soak and the shower was massive. The food in the restaurant was also delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and at home. I was so impressed with all of the care and details they put into their hotel as well as making their guests feel special. I will definitely be coming back! It was...
