「When we arrived, we were initially not given the same room that was shown on the Expedia website, so we had to wait while contacting Expedia to clarify the issue. After speaking with Expedia, the hotel management handled the situation very professionally. The manager personally contacted us and assured us that we would be given a room matching the photos shown online. They were very respectful and helpful in resolving the issue, and we appreciated their efforts.」

「This property needs good updated, cleaning staff are not efficient and not trained for hygiene. Or could be not bothered even did not taking out hair from shower drain. We put up cleaning sign but staff did bothered then we had to phone at reception for cleaning. We had to ask for bed linens change. It’s not a four star at all. We had been given a room on nineth floor which had a very small window and big curtain giving a false impression like it’s a big window. We complain about the room then...
