Groß, schon, alles vorhanden

Das Haus ist sehr groß, die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet, der Pool ist groß und absperrbar, der Kontakt zu den eigentlichen Vermietern war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Sehr schönes Haus.

Die Sraße zum Haus etwas hewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber das Haus ist er Wert. Der Stand am Haus ist ganz ok. Wir wahren auch ein paar mal am Sandsteand war sehr schön. Für Liegen und Schirm muss man zwar bezahlen aber es gibt auch Strandabschnitte die frei sind. Die Gegend ist ehe ruhig aber nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

The best house in Montenegro!

We had an amazing stay with my 10 friends in this house. It has everything you need and is not far from the seaside. As it’s located in Kruce, there is not many tourists which is amazing, much better than Ulcinj!

Wonderful villa in a nice little villa

We rented this villa for 10 days and were not disappointed. There was plenty of space for all 6 adults 3 children and a baby. The vila has pretty much everything you need and you had to pry my kids from the pool. We loved the little village pizzeria Laki but didn’t really enjoy Baracuda. The only issue we had with the villa was that it needs a little care of the bottom floor furniture and if you have a toddler be extra careful as there is no barrier between the bottom floor of the villa and the play area. The parking is also pretty tricky. We absolutely loved our holiday and are hoping to go back to Villa Neda really soon!

Kruce - fint hus för storfamilj

Vi bodde 10 personer, 6 vuxna och 4 barn, under 10 dagar i Villa Neda i Kruce. Huset var mycket lämpligt på alla sätt: Gott om utrymme, fina terrasser med möblemang, en rejäl pool och också nära till en mindre strand utan trängsel. Vi kan varmt rekommendera huset.

la casa era perfetta per le nostre esigenze, tanto spazio e area gioco per i bambini fantastica. Peccato per un po' di trascuratezza negli arredi e nelle attrezzature della cucina. mancavano le padelle di misura media e qualche coppa per condire pasta e insalata, ma per il resto tutto perfetto. Comoda la lavastoviglie, lavatrice da rivedere. Svetlana, la proprietaria, gentilissima e disponibilissima. Assolutamente consigliata.

Very enjoyable holiday.

Perfect house with nice swimming pool, near the clear sea. It's a pity that there isn't nearby restaurant with good food. Those that are, offering average food. Ideal place for families with children looking for peace and relaxation.

Loved it all: house, location and owners!

This villa was our dream house. We rented it for a big group of people (7 adults, 2 kids, 3 generations) and never had a problem of running into each other or fighting for space/privacy. The house is divided into 3 levels, where top level has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, middle level has an open-space kitchen, dining & living area, another bathroom and a nice chill-out space on the terrace, and the ground level has a separate entrance (not connected to top 2 floors by an inside staircase), and 2 more bedrooms, tiny kitchenette and another bathroom. Oh yea, and huge terraces on each level! This helped us separate parents with little kids from grandparents and their friends and reduce the amount of noise around the house ;-) Kiddos absolutely loved the little playground on the lawn, and we swam in the pool on rainy days, so all the utilities of the house were used to 100%. The house owners were available on the phone all the time, and for direct house maintenance etc there was a very helpful housekeeper Miki who lived just 5 minutes drive away from the villa. He even stocked the refrigerator for us just before our arrival! I would definitely recommend villa Neda to my friends and hope to come back one day.

A very nice place!

It was ne of the nicest holidays we have had!!! We will certainly come back again! We really enjoyed the house and the property with very nice spacious living room, spacious master bedroom and other bedrooms, terraces, garden on different levels and a swimming pool. We really liked that the swimming pool area fenced with gate and key, which gave us opportunity to relax without worrying that children would go there without us. After spending some lazy hours in the house area and the pool we would walk to the local beach, which was 5 minutes away. It was vey nice non-commercialized local beach with one restaurant where we were met with such a big hospitality day after day. We also loved our trips to the cities of Bar and Ulcinj (20-30 min drive from the house). We loved seeing the old town of Ulcinj and Bar where we also saw one of the oldest olive trees in the world, called by locals Stara Maslina (which means The Old Olive). We enjoyed the Long Beach in Ulcinj and great fish restaurants in the area very much, especially restaurant Cickova Carda. We are looking forward to come again!

House is comfortable and met our expectations but for me the most important was quitness of the area where it is placed. Our sandy beach is just 2-3 minutes walk away.There is a nice caffe-restauran on the beach, water is very clear and mornings are there fabulous. Ideal place for relaxing and relieving stress. Basically, you do not need a car at all, because restauran, shop, beach.. is very close to villa. Also local taxi is very cheap, 15-20 euro to the neighbour cities. Overall, this holiday turned out to be one of the most peaceful, beautiful, enjoyable holidays we have had. The owners were extremely friendly & helpful. Hopefully we will be going back again next year.
