"As many reviews have stated, this property is undergoing a much needed renovation. The renovated parts and the lazy river area were great, our unrenovated room and the complex we were in were not. Definitely not worth the cost if you are in the old parts of the resort."

"Wonderful front desk staff member who was very attentive from the moment of first contact until checking out, very friendly, and personable. Clean property, did not eat breakfast as it is not complementary, no on-site lunch or dinner options, Starbucks on-site is not staffed and the front desk associates are expected to prepare orders and figure out how to make them upon request, nice pool and hot tub, quiet stay, mattresses need upgrading, we had less than half a roll of toilet paper for three people, ample nearby restaurant choices, multiple stores in immediate area."

"Room had way too many gnats and other bugs crawling around, the floor was so dirty my slippers were black on the bottom. All of those touch screen and keypads looks like they were never clean. Parking is atrocious and too expensive $15 a day and you have to use Parkade. If nothing is available the only other parking is street parking which fills up fast! "

"Excellent staff. Perfect location to rail service. Clean, spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again."

"Friendly Staff, pleasent and clean room, great fitness facility, side note: I would advise adding gym wipes, need something to wipe equipment after use. Breakfast was good, would have preferred two options for a side either a regular sausage patty along side the Impossible one or add bacon to give more verity. "
