"Absolutely perfect "

"Beautiful hotel, family room was very spacious and the kids loved the bunk beds and bath in the bedroom. Breakfast was brilliant, loads of choice and plenty options for the kiddos to choose from. Staff were very attentive and great with kids. Slightly out of the centre of Amsterdam but easy access via metro and train right round the corner. "

"The card holder in the room (to activate electric power) had a terrible connection. I couldn't get the power to turn on at first, and a housekeeper also struggled to get the power turned on. She had to move the card inside the holder several times to get connection. As i feared, the poor connection of the card holder caused the entire light to go off several times throughout my stay, including when I was in the shower and even on toilet. I mentioned the issue to the front desk cleark, but they didn't take it seriously and just said they would fix it after i check out. Hope they actually fixed it so no one else has to experience such inconveniences."

"Check in, the bed, the hotel was 4 star. It’s a nice hotel but not 5 star. While I was in the shower a fixture fell from the ceiling fell and took me out. I let the hotel know. Just a little freak accident you don’t expect at a hotel that is supposed to be 5 star. "
