Lots of sun in this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath (sleeps 6). The kitchen, dining and living room area are an open floor plan, perfect layout for enjoying your company. Relax and enjoy the wood burning fireplace while watching a movie on the new 55" 4K Smart TVs in the living room and master bedrooms. High speed internet access for working, streaming or gaming. Kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals if you choose to stay in. Large sunny deck, with gas grill, overlooking open space to enjoy wildlife viewing, just off the living room. Outdoor pool , available in the summer time only. Tennis courts available during summer.

The master has a new California King size bed and a private full bath. The second bedroom has a brand new bunk bed, queen mattress on the bottom and a full mattress on the top. And, there is a queen size sleep sofa in the living room area.

As a reminder, we provide some toiletries at the property. There will be at least two or three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. A roll or two of paper towels and some tissues provided. After that we ask guests to replenish the supplies they need. We do not replenish these supplies during your stay.

We also provide some condiments for your convenience. Coffee, tea, oil, salt, pepper, salad dressings etc. Feel free to use and if possible, please pay it forward to the next guest and replace any condiments that you run out of.
