Fantastic spacious condo. Beautifully decorated, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances, it's everything you could want or need for a stay in Vail. The location is perfect and the staff took such good care of us. I didn't want to leave.

This is a beautiful and so convenient place to stay. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. I knew it was a 3bdr/3bath, but didn't realize there are 4 full bathrooms - super convenient as we had teenage girls with us! :) We were here during ski season and the convenience of having your skis ready for you at the gondola is so appreciated! Bus runs constantly to the gondola and the town bus is about 30 feet away. We ate in the private Ritz Carlton bar twice - they had live music one night. Great staff and food. We brought our teen daughter and a few friends and they loved the teen room and hot tub when not skiing. Communications with Red Awning were very easy and once on property, the staff at the Ritz Carlton could answer any property questions. We'd definitely come back, thank you!

Overall a great stay at Lionshead. Beautiful residence with plenty of space. Could have used a morning coffee station in the lobby (I was told to go to the hotel next door), but that was just a minor detail. Would stay again.

Our stay at the Ritz Residences was great. The staff was great. Had a great Facial. Went horse back riding and fly fishing. Great restaurants. The restaurants we couldn.t walk to the Ritz provided a free shuttle. I would definitely recommend you visit the Ritz Carlton.

Split time on this trip between ritz bachelor gulch and ritz residences and they were the perfect mix of hotel and home. We actually enjoyed that the ritz residences are a bit of a walk to anything since we were usually overeating. Great staff and amenities.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo for our ski weekend. The condo was lovely - beautifully furnished, perfectly clean, warm and inviting. Excellent service by the Ritz Carlton resort and RedAwning team. We highly recommend and look forward to returning next year!
