Lions Square/Vail getaway

It's a great property, large and well stocked. The location next to the gondola can't be beat. The office staff and cleaning staff were great. I'l like to rent it again!

Perfect for families!

Lion Square Lodge was the perfect spot for our end-of-summer family vacation! This unit specifically allowed two families to be in the same condo. Wonderful location and convenient access to the lift and all the fun in Lionshead! Not to mention the beautiful pool overlooking the mountains, bike path, and creek. Couldn’t recommend this enough!

You could throw a quarter off your balcony and hit the lions. Head gondola. Incredible location and a great unit as well. Everything was fantastic. Hope to return.

Great views and very roomy. A very nice balcony although you need to take your key as the door automatically locks behind you as the balcony connects to steps to the outside for ski-in, ski-out. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The check-in time of 4pm with a 10am check out time is customer unfriendly but we were given a little extra leeway upon request.

When we began planning our first trip to Vail, I looked at a bunch of different properties, but kept coming back to this one. I was concerned that maybe it wouldn’t be close enough to fun things? That maybe it wouldn’t be convenient to ski in/out? That it wasn’t in the “real Vail Village”? But kept coming back to it because it looked so good in pictures 😅 Let me tell you, we had 0 regrets booking here! It was amazing! The property was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and it’s probably one of THE BEST places you could be at in Vail. It couldn’t have possibly been more convenient to ski in/out. There’s a nice ski valet as soon as you come over the bridge to hold your gear for you and then you go right upstairs to your room! There was a ton of great food/shopping options and nightlife right nearby. Can’t possibly say enough about this amazing property. Even the staff at the front desk/bell hop/shuttle were awesome 😁 Would happily recommend to friends, family and anyone else looking for an awesome place to stay in Vail.

Excellent Choice for Multiple families

We rented this for a multifamily weekend. 4 adults 2 kids and this property was awesome. Plenty of room for everyone. Cool floor plan. Super Clean with helpful concierge and staff. Right in the middle of everything Lionshead and a beautiful 15 min walk to Vail Village. Definitely would recommend.

Overall a beautiful place. Worked well for our event. No air conditioning for this particular unit.I would recommend upgrading the bedroom pillows.The washing machine is quite noisy and likely needs service or replacement.

Great location. Perfect size for our two families of four each. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful pool area that overlooks Gore Creek. The balcony is perfect for afternoon cocktails where we could listen to the live music at Vail Chophouse. The maid service and front desk were excellent. There were four great cross bikes to use when ever we wanted. Close to great hiking, shopping, restaurant. It was just perfect. Will definitely stay there again.

Christmas Family Trip In Vail

Everything about the home we stayed in and Vail was absolutely amazing! The Vail village was walking distance from the home. This was our first family Christmas trip to Vail and we will definitely be back and I'm planning on booking the same home because it was very spacious for 13 family members from ages 1 to 65 and the view of the mountain was beautiful during sunrise and sunset. All bedrooms had a television and bathroom inside and the large kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans to cook. The laundry room have a good washing and dryer machine. The staff and housekeeping were very professional and helpful. Housekeeping came every day to clean the home unless you notified them not to come. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Right across eagle bahn gondola, perfect for people watching, spacious for 14 people, rooms are laid out well, stocked with supplies (detergent, paper towel etc.), nice pool, sauna and hot tubs. Our family had a great time staying in this property! There was plenty of space to spend the weekend enjoying ourselves. The location was fantastic. We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants. The only problem we had was all the lights on the east side of the condo were not working including the outside light so we had to grill with a flashlight. But I do believe the management will fix it quickly as they were attentive to any questions we had throughout the weekend.
