Excellent Christmas Vacay
We’ve never been to Colorado and Vail was recommended. The location was great. Didn’t get a chance to use spa. Pic is not exactly how living room was but still nice rooms. Owner was very responsive and nice to chat with. Two things I didn’t care for. The stairs. You have to take 3 flights of stairs and left all of us out of breath. The person we checked in wasn’t very helpful. He just shoved the paperwork to me and sent me on my way. I had to go back to him to ask how to get to my room. 2nd I called him to ask for WiFi password and he kept stating it was on paperwork. I said I couldn’t find it and he kept insisting that it was on paperwork he gave to person who checked in (me). I was like okay... so you can’t give it to me over the phone? He finally gave it to me but seemed really bothered by it. We didn’t let this person damper our vacation. The company redeemed themselves by proactively helping us take down our luggage to our car. Customer service goes a long way. We went ice skating, shopping, cross country skiing in two locations, snowmobile riding, are some great food at local restaurants, and had a sleigh ride. Overall I would stay here again and will recommend this property to family and friends.
