Enjoy all that Vail has to offer in this beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom condominium. Located just 5 min. away from Lionshead Village, this condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace, and A/C. This condo features a King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen with 2 lofted twin beds on top in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen with 1 twin lofted bed on top in the 3rd bedroom. Whether you are looking for a comfortable place to stay or be in walking distance to the village- this home is perfect for groups and families.

One of our highest-rated and most requested three-bedroom residences, this condo has a contemporary décor you’ll appreciate as soon as you enter; wrought iron staircase, splendidly upgraded custom kitchen with hardwood floors, glass and wood custom cabinets, granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances. The living room is exceptional with a large flat-screen television over a stone fireplace, surround-sound, and amazing views of Vail Mountain. Air-conditioning will keep you perfectly comfortable, year-round. With high-end finishes and ample bedding, this exceptional home is the perfect start and finish to a great Vail vacation.

Rental Agreement

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.
