"Very disappointed with this hotel. Rude unhelpful staff. “S.P.A.” hotel yet you have to pay 35€ per person to use the pool. There is a kitchenette in your room but you’re not allowed to use it. There aren’t even glasses to drink out of. Our balcony was completely flooded we reported it on day one and no one came to fix it. There is a kids club but they just put on movies and feed the kids cake. Would not recommend at all"

"Lovely hotel; everyone went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. We didn't use the thermal bath just because of Covid carefulness, but it looked absolutely divine. I would stay here again any time. Be aware that Waze might take you to a dead end; just stay on Via Bagni Caldi and you'll get to the front of the hotel."

"The views from this property are absolutely breathtaking! While the property is not near any major sights, it is peaceful and beautiful. Fernanda was very responsive to my questions and her husband assisted us in guiding us around the area to point out places to eat and shop with. The pool was enjoyed by the family and we also also had a fabulous dinner grilling outside on the property. The pictures shown on this sight are accurate."

"This is a very old, but quaint property. The room was large and the en suite bathroom was also large. We arrived just after a snow storm. The village and surrounding area was beautiful. The house was almost as warm as te welcome and friendliness of Mario the owner. "

"First off, the house is just as advertised - gorgeous and a trip to how it used to be in Tuscany. Violetta is a very friendly and helpful host who does way more than she needs to do. "Unbelievably stunning setting. You will need to be a confident driver to manage the roads up to the house as the roads are steep and winding as you would expect in Tuscany.
