“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Wir würden sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles genau gezeigt und erklärt. Das Chalet ist sehr schön, wenn auch etwas abgewohnt, aber das mit Herz. Man merkt, dass es nicht einfach eine 0815 Ferienwohnung ist. Was uns fehlte war eine klassische Filterkaffeemaschine. Aber mit etwas Improvisation haben wir auch das hinbekommen. Die Abende auf der Terrasse sind einfach traumhaft, wer Ruhe und Natur sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen. ”

This is a 2-room apartment (including a little kitchen and sofa), in excellent condition with a perfect location (near the main square, Piazza Bra). The only disadvantage is that you have to check in/out at a different location, a nearby hotel, but whose staff were helpful. The building may not have a grand entrance but is next to the river and close to a supermarket (just 3 minutes walk south on the main street).”
