“The accommodations were lovely and very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. The host was responsive and provided detailed instructions.”

“All was good except for a minor mix up regarding the lockbox. We had been mailed the wrong code, and it took a while on the phone to correct. The facilities were good and looked quite new. The bath/shower was good, although the bath is rather high off the floor (as so often in renovated houses) and although our family did not mind, it might not suit a frail elderly visitor with limited mobility.”

“Very lovely place, just how you would picture a countryside cottage to be! Great location. It’s private, tucked away near the entrance of Bourton-on-the-water, away from the crowds that’s visiting the village during the day. We enjoyed the short walk into the center of the village without worry about fighting for parking. It’s a perfect spot to base in the Cotswolds, and convenient to drive around to visit other villages. Highly recommended!”

“My family, including myself, my spouse, my mother-in-law, and our two children under 5 really enjoyed staying in this house for our 1 week trip to Oxford.Best Parts:- Location is unbeatable, especially for us. My partner was studying abroad for the week at the Said Business school which the home is incredibly close to. Being a 5m walk from the train station for day trips and 10m walk to the city center was also excellent. Lastly, the location next to the canal was overall a pleasant and quiet……

“Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away.
