Great apartment! We enjoyed every moment. The location was perfect, and everything was to our convenience. We stayed for a week and got new towels from the cleaning lady, after we asked her.

Very disappointing!! Do not stay here! The towels were very dirty. The fridge had a very strong fishy smell, to the point that we could not use it. There were ants and other insects in the bedroom. There were red stains (possibly blood, wine, or sangria??) on one of the pillows. The sofa bed was not made upon our arrival, even though we had booked the apartment for 4 people. There were stains on the walls. The shower drain was clogged and water accumulated in the bottom. The security alarm in the hallway went off all through the afternoon and night. The washing machine is not in the apartment and is only available during fixed hours, which is inconvenient. The apartment is very noisy, with music and noise coming from the nearby bars and restaurants. The “sea view” is rather disappointing: you mostly see the roof of the building, with garbage and even the neighbors’ clothes. The view is also blocked by the restaurant's sign. We reported all of these issues by email during our stay, but the host never responded. Overall, we were disappointed with the cleanliness, maintenance, and service. This apartment did not meet our expectations at all!

Great place to stay. We had 1 bed appartment with 2 single beds in large living space which was good for 2 adults and and 2 kids. Easy to get to on metro then tram (end of line 8 - Neptu) or 95 bus that goes to science/aquarìum. Would stay again.

Beautiful apartment on the sea

The apartment itself is well located, clean & spacious for 3 guests. The only reason why 5 stars weren’t given was due to the aircon not working at its best in 30c+ temperatures. A few standing fans would be highly recommended.

Great location, overlooking the beach. The apartment is over many restaurants and the supermarket is only a ahort walk away. The apartment has a great layout and was super quiet to sleep despite its central location, it is very spacious. The virtual check in and communication with the staff was very easy - it was the first time we had checked in this way. There is a tram stop very close by that you can use to go to old town, the airport etc. Would definitely recommend this apartment when staying in Valencia.
