Conveniently located next to a main metro station. Great and friendly staff at the front. Our air conditioner wasn’t working properly which made things worse in already hot weather outside (30 ) as well as no fridge in the room and no iron in the room or at the front desk

The hotel itself is adequate with convenient metro station nearby. Small but clean rooms, no fuss no muss breakfast buffet. The staff is worth mentioning. Nice people, ready to help and engage with you. Walk 50 feet to their sister hotel Ilunion4 (literally, next door) and you’ll find a fully stocked bar for coffee or anything else you have in mind. Elegant, comfortable area with great young staff who make the difference. I’ll be back next year.

Good bed and shower. Elevator works well and the staff is polite. No coffee maker in the room and it costs to get coffee near the front desk. Every TV channel is in Spanish.

Overall, this property was disappointing. Most of the front desk staff were rude. The room was not very clean. We had a 3 person and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. One of my friends has been having really bad back pain as a consequence. The breakfast was good. Do not recommend.

This property is okay. Staff was nice. Room was small especially the bathroom. There no amenities on the hotel except for a gymnasium. In the room there wasn’t a coffee maker neither an iron or ironing board. Coffee was offered the lobby for a fee. The breakfast buffet was not impressive.

This feels like a very budget hotel. The double room was a decent size and the shower pressure was very good. The gym was good. The WiFi was unusable, the corridors smelled bad, my bathroom flooded everytime I used the shower because the cubicle was not sufficient, the lights in the room were a bit dingy and the toilet plumbing was broken and water would keep flowing long after flushing. An alarm went off at 3am one night in the corridor with no explanation given. I would avoid staying here personally.

Pluses: The hotel was very good overall and I would stay there again. There were excellent amenities nearby and it was very easy to get around. The rooms were very clean. Minuses: The shower leaked a lot in the first room which was a nuisance, but we were very happy with the second room. I gave less stars for the “staff & service” rating solely because the staff member who did our check-in was rather rude and abrupt in manner. Surely, if you are in a customer-facing role, you ought to keep things such as basic politeness in check. Other than that, the staff and service were fine.
