This was my first stay here and I absolutely loved it! The location is fantastic — everything I needed was just a short walk away, including restaurants and a supermarket. The room was spotless and had a fresh, clean scent that made it feel extra welcoming. I really appreciated the attention to detail and comfort. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be coming back if I come again to Valencia.

Das Zimmer war dreckig vorallem auf dem Bett unter der Decke waren Haare. Die Handtücher hatten Flecken und das Stromkabel im Bad hat mich auch gestört es war zwar abgeklemmt jedoch ein offenes Kabel. Wir hatten das Zimmer 1 gebucht.

There were some positives to our stay. The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and the hotel is close to main bus routes, making it easy to get into the centre. We also found free on-street parking nearby and check-in was straightforward. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. The room was not particularly clean: the floors were dirty, there was black mould in the bathroom, the drains smelled unpleasant and the fabric bed frame had visible stains. We booked through Expedia for two adults and two children, but the hotel was only expecting one child. When I asked for a second bed to be made up, I was told they’d “had problems with Expedia” and there was a blanket in the wardrobe for our child to sleep on the sofa. Regardless of where the booking error occurred, this wasn’t a satisfactory solution when our confirmation included two children. The biggest issue was the noise. Despite being set back from the road, it was extremely noisy. The walls were paper thin, people regularly walked past our ground-floor windows, and a mechanical noise went off roughly every 10 minutes throughout the night. Overall, a convenient location and spacious room, but the cleanliness, sleeping arrangements and noise meant we had a very poor night’s sleep.
