The only criticism is that the apartment is very difficult to access because of no elevator. The stairwell is steep and narrow and very difficult to navigate with oversized luggage. Great place for a couple of friends or a family with two small children and lightweight luggage.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment located right in the historic center of Valencia! The location couldn’t be better—you're just a short walk away from all the must-see sites, including the Central Market, beautiful plazas, and iconic landmarks. Everything is right at your doorstep, which made sightseeing a breeze!The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It’s on the top floor, which gives you a nice view of the surrounding area. However, note that there’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry your suitcases up the stairs. It’s a bit of a workout, but hey, it’s great practice for all the other stairs you’ll climb while exploring Valencia’s historic sites!The host was amazing—super helpful and communicative. They gave great recommendations on what to see and do in Valencia, which really helped make the trip extra special.All in all, this place is perfect for anyone who wants to stay in the heart of the city with easy access to all the attractions. The lack of an elevator is a small challenge, but the location and comfort more than make up for it. Highly recommend it!

Best thing about this place is the location! The place was nice but air conditioning was a major issue. The main bedroom upstairs in the loft felt like an oven. We contacted the host for help and he said he came to change filters or something but it didn’t help at all. The air was set to 23c but never reached lower than 27c downstairs or upstairs. Not a place for summer heat. Most times it was cooler outside than inside. Basic things like trash bags weren’t provided or laundry soap. Lastly, If you don’t like stairs this isn’t the place to stay, very narrow stairs to reach the 4th floor, not so much an issue for us but if you’re carrying stuff up there or have little ones it gets tough.

Absolutely wonderful apartment just what we had hoped for, location was perfect nearby everything you could wish for, supermarket a 2 minute walk for food and drink, restaurants on your doorstep, 2 minutes walk to the cathedral. Very quirky apartment with an absolutely fabulous rooftop terrace which we sat on with a drink most evenings when kids had gone to bed. Should definitely recommend and will be thinking of visiting again

Great spot right in the Medieval area

Juan was very helpful and the apartment is lovely. Easy walking distance to many sightseeing locations. Nice vibe in the neighborhood. It is on the 4th floor, with no elevator, so won’t work if you are mobility impaired. We would definitely rent again if our travels bring us back to Valencia.

In the heart of Valencia!

This apartment is in a prime location and was incredibly well equipped. Our host was wonderful and always available to answer questions. Keep in mind there is no lift/elevator so there are a lot of stairs to the 4th floor but I didn't mind at all. I would stay in this great location and comfortable apartment again.

Very unique and beautiful property! Had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Location is also great - restaurants are steps away and the market is a very short walk.

Hot Hot Hot!

It was a lovely penthouse with an excellent location. However the air-conditioner could not cool the livingroom below 27°. The main level bedroom was closer to 30° and the upstairs bedroom was hotter than that. We were unable yo use it for sleeping. Sleeping on the floor was not greeat.

Lovely central flat

Lovely quirky flat really close to everything. We didn’t need to cook but all the basics are there. Comfortable to sit in the evening. Juan recommended local places to eat which were very good.

A gem in the heart of Valencia…

A fantastic place to stay and explore Valencia, lovely bars and restaurants just a stones throw, along with the cathedral and other major tourist attractions. Juan was brilliant with his communication before we arrived and whilst we stayed there and couldn’t do enough to help us.

Wonderful apartment

We had such a lovely holiday in this beautiful quirky apartment. It is tastefully furnished with a mix of traditional pieces and more modern items. It could not be better located as most places of interest are nearby. We ate out a lot but cooked a few meals in the kitchen which is small but well equipped. I have a fear of heights but managed the sloping terrace, albeit cautiously, and although well past retirement age the 67 steps up to the 4th floor did not bother us. As there were just two of us, we used the upstairs larger bedroom but kept our clothes in the downstairs bedroom wardrobe to avoid taking our case up the spiral staircase. Thank you Juan for this lovely apartment. Highly recommended.

Sehr schön, sehr zentral, dabei ruhig und Top-Vermieter

Wir genossen die Nächte im Herzen Valencia‘s, alles Wichtige ist vom Apt. bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Schon beim Check-in trug uns der sympathische Vermieter unsere schweren Koffer hoch ins klimatisierte Appartement - sehr wertvoll angesichts der steilen Treppe. Zum freundlichen Willkommen gehörten auch gute Restaurant-Tipps für gute valencianische Küche. Das Apt. ist stilvoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe fürs Detail, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Juan, der überaus zuvorkommend auf unsere Wünsche einging. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Wunderschöne Dachgeschosswohnung im Herzen Valèncias

Wir wurden schon bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich begrüßt und Juan hat direkt beim Hinauftragen des Gepäcks geholfen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und man findet alle Dinge, die man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Sogar ein gemütliches Körbchen mit Spielzeug, ein Wassernapf und Leckerlis standen für unseren Hund bereit. Die Kommunikation mit Juan war sehr unkompliziert und wir haben viele Tips für unseren Besuch in dieser schönen Stadt erhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt, so dass wir diese Wohnung gern weiterempfehlen und gern wiederkommen möchten:)
