We overlooked the pool where we saw lots of young families swimming. Our room also overlooked - our favourite - a man-made pond with alligators in it. “We needed a place to stay for one night before our cruise. We didn’t need anything fancy, but also can’t put up with the mildew/cleaner smells associated with “cheaper” places. After reading the reviews here we decided to give it a shot. It was really neat staying in a motel-style place. Haven’t done that in years!!! The property is very well-kept. The room was very clean. It’s quaint, but did what we needed for a night. The highlight was the owners. Talk about sweet people who really want……
