“Absolutely incredible place to stay. We mainly spoke with Daniel and he provided top notch service. He made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome and was more than happy to answer my questions and give recommendations. The hotel itself is stunning. The front common area has huge fireplace and a lot of windows which gives a great view of the mountains. The breakfast that was included was wonderful too. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone considering staying.”

“El lugar es espectacular. Las habitaciones son bastante cómodas y limpias. Cuenta con 2 piscinas habilitadas y un salón de juegos cómodo para divertirse un rato. “It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.”
