“My family and I stayed at this property because it was a perfect distance away from the Grand Canyon railway. I didn’t expect this property to be one of the best parts of our trip. My daughter is nine years old and was in awe from the minute we walked in. From the playroom downstairs, the loft and bunk bed with all the toys she could dream of, and to all the toys that were outside, it seems that everything was thought of. “Great location if visiting the Grand Canyon. Great star watching at night. Get the feeling of being secluded and enjoy the high desert feeling but just minutes from Williams, AZ. Williams is a neat town lots of great stores and restaurants. Would definitely visit again.”

“Perfect location, close to Grand Canyon and close enough to gas stations and food truck options. The property was secluded and private and clean and cozy. “First of all, the owners are wonderful people. They have done an excellent job with the property and making guests feel at home. The house was clean, private and a welcome escape from the crowds in the national park. It was a convenient location to come and go to and from the park. “This place was thoughtfully holiday decorated during our winter vacation and fully stocked with pantry basics. Very remote and peaceful location. We even had 6-7 cows come join us in the yard one evening! I think they were looking for water in the hot tub. Pros: Very comfy beds. Coffee! We loved using the telescope at night! Communication with the manager/owner was immediate. Decor and linens were on point. Cons: We were bummed that the fireplace was only decremental but I probably missed……

“This property is about 30 minutes from Grand Canyon National Park. We liked the privacy and peaceful area. The house was clean and well stocked. Owner was easy to communicate with before and during our stay.”

“Beautiful ranch-like surroundings. Remote - beautiful night skies. Lots of room for the kids to run and play. We had a wonderful time. As a note - there was no dishwasher so be prepared to wash dishes. Only one king bed, not two. Only one queen bed in a room, not two.”

“I stayed at the property with my two daughters (17 & 20) and our two dogs. It is in a beautiful setting but close to Flagstaff, WIlliams, and the Grand Canyon. The cottage was well stocked with linens and cooking tools. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and plan to come back next year!”

“There had been a lot of rain before we came and the yard was all mud. We were suprised there wasn't a mud mat to put shoes on. Even more so after reading the house rules about no shoes in the house. We weren't aware of the water restrictions around there, so weren't expecting to take cold showers. Three smoke alarms came on when we turned on the oven and turned themselves off. (There was no smoke, so we were a little alarmed😂) We were able to cook our pizzas though, so it was good! The house……

“This awesome glamping tent setup made for a magic night on the Arizona plains. We got in super late but Jordon had helpfully sent through all the required information and the tent was perfect. We had a cold night (below freezing) but the quilt and heater kept the tent warm and cosy. Brilliant location for stargazing and check out the birds of prey show in the nearby campsite.”

“The house was as shown in the photos except for the siding that was missing on one patch on the side of the house. It is pricey for only 2 people considering the house was in a repair state but a family with a lot of kids would definitely get full value out of the space. The overhead loft is only about 4' to the ceiling, so better for wee ones. There was a ton of emails sent from the manager/s of the property; somewhat excessive. The manager/s did reply promptly to a question I had about the……
