"The Getaway is in a great location at Pine Mountain Lake, abutting the golf course. We loved sitting on the patio in the evenings and enjoyed the view of the course and the many deer that were in the area. Both boys loved the basketball game. The house was perfectly set up for a small family. Everything we wanted to do Big Trees hiking and White Pines lake was only about a 5 to 10 min drive away. "What a great cabin! Plenty of room for two families with teenage kids. Great cabin for a dog since the deck is fenced in with gates. Beds were comfy and since the weather was kind of cold we took advantage of the amazing wood burning stove. It was so cozy. We loved the pool table and ping pong table. Jono was an amazing host and very responsive! Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"My family and I stayed at the cabin for 4 days during my daughter's winter break. It had everything we needed to manage the little ones, cook, relax, and have fun. There are many forest roads about 100 yards away for a morning hike. The local grocery was very close and convenient. The space is nice for a family with little ones. There was a creek running behind the cabin that the kids enjoyed walking down and there was a private lake with a playground that we got to explore."
