「Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. 「Our 1 week stay at the hotel was amazing! We got a room overlooking the main pedestrian square with incredible views of Lake Geneva. The location was great for exploring the area with restaurants and stores steps away. The service was also helpful and friendly.」

We didn’t have a great experience with the restaurant. Had dinner the first night and wouldn’t recommend that again as the service wasn’t great and they were dismissive, food all came out at once so they kept our mains warm until we were ready which didn’t work well with steak.
